Jon Epstein

R-cubed's Chief Data Scientist. Regarded as one of the UK’s most accomplished database marketers Jon pioneered (some say invented) ‘data-driven’ marketing as both a client and a supplier. Previously Jon has held director level marketing roles at Amex, Citibank and Coca-Cola & Schweppes before creating the first incarnation of R-cubed - Results. At R-cubed Jon works closely with clients to maximise their effective use of data across all channels.

Daniel is R-cubed’s chief inventor… he can usually be found tinkering with fresh technology, working closely with our clients and partners to create faster, smarter ways of doing things. Having earned his extensive marketing stripes on both client and supplier sides Daniel is credited with many innovations in the marketing world. When not inventing, Daniel is also focused on helping promote the ground breaking work of the other data scientists.. and tweaking R-Bot.

Kate Williams

Kate Williams

Kate is a superhero amongst data scientists, she manages the big accounts and they’ve adopted her into their teams. Why you might ask? Well, she makes them millions by applying her awesome analysis powers and optimising their marketing activity. Where there's a happy client, there's a happy (but tired) Kate.

Rob Dunkerton

Rob Dunkerton

R-cubed's very own data fusion guru. Rob is probably one of the most respected (and friendliest) data management experts in the UK. There’s not much he doesn’t know about technology, systems and approaches for handling and finding opportunities in planet sized customer data. People often ask us how we manage to join up big complex data across many different channels in real-time, when they do this we all look at Rob.

Sonia Visana

Sonia Visana

Sonia’s analytical prowess is only marginally outshone by her fanatical obsession on results – namely the results she gets for her clients. Like all our data scientists Sonia is fixated on being able to demonstrate clear Return on Investment for marketing activity. Just ask her clients, some of the biggest (and happiest) Travel companies in the world!

Peter Evans

Even R-Bot has to ask for database advice sometimes, when he does he goes to Peter. Peter has vast experience in the marketing technology industry and has been at the forefront of many of R-cubed’s innovative developments. He has written nearly 10,000 programs for R-cubed, each one is a work of art. We even have some hanging on the walls of the Data Scientist's office.
