Business Analyst
About the role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the linchpin between our analysis, development & campaign teams and our well-known clients. Facilitating a seamless connection between our data support and client strategy, you will be a central figure in our client-facing team.
You’ll play a crucial part in supporting many well-known global brands to find opportunities in their data, and translating that into strategy and best in class CRM activity.
Your role will take the lead in translating complex analysis and results into continuous, incremental marketing results for our clients.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a track record of finding the opportunities in customer data – with data query or analysis skills using tools such as FastStats, SAS, SQL, R, SPSS
- A desire to move into a client facing strategic role
- Experience of managing large projects and gathering requirements from senior stakeholders
- An understanding of data architecture and customer journey orchestration
- Show 3-5 Years experience in a marketing / CRM environment, ideally with some agency experience
You should be:
- Organised and able to manage tasks across different clients
- Highly focused on detail with great project management and documentation skills
- An excellent communicator with a talent for earning client trust

CRM Executive
About the role:
This role is well-suited for a campaign manager or junior marketing analyst who is seeking to transition into a broader role working with senior marketers in well-known client companies.
You’ll provide support to the client management team by overseeing client CRM plan delivery and assisting with data-driven marketing efforts and projects.
Collaborating with account managers, you’ll be the primary point of contact for client requests, all while maintaining organisation with plans, internal briefs, and data queries.
In return, you’ll gain valuable marketing skills and technical training in a range of marketing technologies as you fast-track your career in account relationship management.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 1 year relevant experience in running data selections and B2C CRM campaigns
- Desire to now move into a client facing role
- Excellent Excel skills and experience of managing projects
- Relevant Marketing or Business related degree
You should be:
- Highly numerate
- Great at managing client/supplier relationships
- Having a talent for pre-empting risks/gaps and opportunities
- Enjoy taking ownership of projects
