As you’d expect, we take data very seriously at R-cubed. That’s why we want you to know exactly what information we collect about you when you apply for a role with us and how we use it.
What information do we collect?
When you apply for a position with R-cubed, we collect the data you provide to use as part of your application, such as your contact details, your employment history and anything else you choose to tell us about yourself, either in writing or at interview.
We may also collect additional details from any referees whose details you provide us.
How is the information used?
We will use the information you give us, and any information that we obtain from other sources, to assess your application for employment with us.
It will only be shared with R-cubed staff who are involved in the recruitment process.
Security
We will keep your data secure and will not pass it on to any third party.
Retaining your information
We will keep your details for the duration of the recruitment process. We may also keep your details on file if we believe there may be suitable opportunities in the future. You can ask us to delete your data at any time after the recruitment process, or earlier if you want to withdraw from the recruitment process.
If you join us in working at R-cubed, we will keep your data in our personnel files in order to manage the terms of your employment – eg for payroll, appraisals and your contact details.
Your options
If you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
